I just remembered....

That a nice woman I know thru the program has cancer. She told me
suddenly one day and it really sucked because I like her and have
enjoyed talking with her about stuff, school, and subjects. She has
other women to talk to in a support group and that seems to have
bolstered her confidence the last time we spoke.
I hope she survives and does well.
