In clarendon.  Tasty enough but I wish the omelette was larger and potatos less greasy.

thoughts on desserts

I walked in the door and just had a piece of, apparently, cookies and cream Lindt truffle.

My very next thought was 'I wonder if you can buy only the chocolate cookie pieces?'

Then I decided, 'Fuck that, too hard.'

Then I thought of banana pudding with a layer of crushed Oreo's and possibly a red jam.

Then I thought of a spicy devils food cake with ganache and a middle layer of a tart preserve, maybe cherry. ( I know, black forresty).

Out of control breeders

Here's an example of what I've been complaining about lately.  2 breeders walk onto a train pushing a doublewide baby carriage.  Today is Sunday at 11:36am and there is room for it.  Usually though its rush hour and a packed train when they bring even bigger baby carriages than this design into the train.

These 2 adults should strap their spawn to their backs and not take up so much space, if this was rush hour.

Insect husk on my house

Saw this insect husk this morning on the side of my house.  Neat!

Metro fail.

The sign says a 2 car train is 13 mins away at Clarendon this morning.  There was a sign at Metro Center that listed a 2 car orange line train earlier this week.  When the train pulled in it was at least 6 cars.

How do they not know the lengths of their own trains?
