thoughts on desserts

I walked in the door and just had a piece of, apparently, cookies and cream Lindt truffle.

My very next thought was 'I wonder if you can buy only the chocolate cookie pieces?'

Then I decided, 'Fuck that, too hard.'

Then I thought of banana pudding with a layer of crushed Oreo's and possibly a red jam.

Then I thought of a spicy devils food cake with ganache and a middle layer of a tart preserve, maybe cherry. ( I know, black forresty).
