hungry recipes

so i've had dinner tonight but i'm still feeling hungry. and i feel like having this spaghetti dish i've gotten from Ruffino's. so, i've thought up probably a fair recipe. bear in mind i have a can of diced tomatoes already, left over from making curried veg stew 2 weeks ago.

boil up some very thin spaghetti, maybe angel hair.
prepare some sliced red onion and put the diced tomatoes with thier juice in a bowl, add some olive oil and a little lemon juice and just stir alot to combine the oil as much as possible.
when the pasta is done, dump it in a bowl over the onions, salt it more than you'd probably think you should, toss a little so the onions get exposed to the heat of the pasta, then dump the tomatoes and olive oil over it and toss toss toss.

then i remembered that i'd seen 2 grilled chicken breasts at the grocery store for $6 the other day. if they have them on friday then i'll get them and i can add cut chicken to the pasta. herbs would probably be good too, just some basil.

so that just leaves some bread. what to do for bread? maybe chiabata roll, cut, toasted, and rubbed with garlic or combine some of the precut raw garlic with some butter before hand and then spread that on it. actually roasted garlic would be awesome on it alone but i'm not going to bother roasting garlic for one meal.

earlier i had thought about the chicken with bbq sauce. just because i LOVE bbq sauce. but including it with the pasta would be better.
