Next belt hole, plz!

I started to be able to wear this belt on the 3rd hole this week. I had
been wearing it on the 2nd hole for the past few weeks.

Its funny because I've been wearing shorts lately and they've been
getting bigger on me but I haven't found that I can wear any of my
smaller waisted shorts yet. I'm not sure I understand that. Maybe I
should go through them again and try others on.
