Friday night

Dinner:
Baby spinach, cucumber, roma tomato, red onion, feta, chicken, and fresh toasted pecans.  The dressing is lemon juice, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

I had intended on putting garlic in the dressing but forgot.

Dessert:
French vanilla ice cream, homemade chocolate sauce, and fresh toasted pecans.
