Croutons James Style

I wanted to make croutons to go with my fatoosh and all the recipes I found involved the oven.  Well, it was warm and I didn't want to use the oven so I did it my own way.

I cut up a kaiser roll and toasted it up in a pan with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.  It only took 5-10 minutes and I left them in the pan to dry out while I cut up vegs for fatoosh.  They weren't as dry as oven croutons but they were crunchy and seasoned, which was the point.
